JC'S PICK ... LEON'S LAST CHANCE
If you like down home, good ol' boys & girls and a comfortable country environment, you've got to check out Leon's Last Chance in Ardmore. At Exit #1 right off of Hwy 65 on the Tennessee / Alabama line, Leon's Last Chance is one of those neighborhood beer bars that they talk about in the movies.
Most of the patrons know each other by name and if they don't, just give'm about 10 minutes. You'll find people from all walks of life, of all ages, of all shapes and sizes all having a great time together... and you better be ready for a party if you happen to visit on the first or third week end of the month when Johnny Collier and his band are playing! The house favorite, the JCB gets the party started at about 7:30 in the evening and the dance floor is usually full by 8:00!!!
Leon's Last Chance has a wide variety of domestic and foreign beers and several beers on tap. And for the non-drinkers, they've got several soft drinks, juices and waters available as well.
